The Lore
In the distant future, humanity has spread to the stars, but is fractured and conflict-ridden. The Rimward Worlds, a region on the border between the established Terran Concordat and the space claimed by the independent Clans, has become a battleground. The once-mighty Terran Concordat, now technologically stagnant, struggles to maintain control against the expansionist Nova Collective, a technologically superior Clan driven by a thirst for resources and power.
